The games industry is a core foundation of the human culture, it's not just entertainment, but a modern resemblance of what the human mind can achieve, in the pursuit of a better world.

No longer we are bound to our imagination, nor we are limited by the laws of our universe.

Amidst the era of creation, our entertainment has become not only a sanctuary of thought, but also a place of freedom, expression and community.

Our battle begins in the middle of the struggle which game development professionals are facing every day, fuelled by the corruption of corporate greed, lack of integrity, intellectual exploitation, and the existential threat of unethical, black boxed AI systems.

Henceforth, in times of darkness, we will be like a shinning star of hope. We will work relentlessly to maintain excellence standards for the hands that produce our games, we will deliver to our consumers complete ownership of our games. We will provide guarantees aligned to our values of preservation, ownership, responsibility, inclusivity and accessibility.

Finally, we will closely work with the vulnerable, the disabled and those in risk of social exclusion; we have yet to give to this society, creating a constellation of stars composed of creatives with potential to give, stars with the potential to change this world.

Videogames Preservation as a Medium:

Games are cultural milestones of humanity, and we are committed to the global effort of preserving our cultural heritage with clear, public, and open end-of-life plans (EOLP) for each of our products. No exceptions.

Player Ownership and Rights:

Digital ownership should reach the end user with a warranty of either "An open license, or" the right to possess, use, modify, and transfer the product freely. Persisting beyond the life of the individual, enabling digital inheritance and cultural preservation.

Labour Justice:

We uphold the highest standards of worker rights, including fair wages, work-life balance, mental health support and a deep commitment to equality and inclusion.
This organisation will be proudly owned by the very people who bring its creative intent to life.

Data harvesting and consumption should be kept to the principle of least privilege, only what is strictly necessary and nothing more.
